  23. This is fascinating; A LOT of questions occur to me. Does he do this every day? He's not the only vendor there--are spaces leased or permitted, and is the power metered? What sort of safety and sanitary rules govern? Does he leave equipment there overnight? When he transfers the charcoal does he ever miss (he sideswipes the post at 15:40)? Is there a site where I can read up on this business model?

  44. I really enjoy your videos. Too bad this kind of service is not done here in North America. There are hand carts that sell hot dogs and ice cream (in summer), and there's food trucks (literally) but nothing like this. The food always looks so good.
