Honestly, I felt so sad throughout this video. A despairing kind of sadness, for everyone. We learned so little about Mark, not even his last name. Yet, watching the detective's questioning, how she focused on Barry, the human, and later firmly facing him with what he had done, the reality of killing someone, had a glimpse of how drug treatment might be possible.
The $40 is survival for so many like Barry. I know I'll get laughed at here --- Yeah, everyone has a sad story.

I can explain why he wasn't sent on deliveries in his first week. That's the policy. As a new driver, you are expected to do side work between deliveries. This first week familiarizes you with that work, taking orders, prepping ingredients, folding boxes, washing the dishes, etc. Then, you go on a couple of ride-alongs to get a feel for the delivery process. Once that is done, and your vehicle passes a brief inspection of lights, tires, etc, you are sent out on your first solo delivery, and the manager watches your trip on the GPS map Domino's uses.
My first delivery alone, I got super lost. The GPS is notoriously bad sometimes, and It directed outside our delivery zone. My manager rang me up and asked where the heck I was. I told them I went to where the GPS told me, which was obviously wrong. I was called back to the restaurant and another driver took the pizza, because they knew where the address was.
So yeah, if you're hired to deliver for Domino's, you won't be driving for quite a few days. Longer if you don't perform well in the store. This is made clear to new hires, so he is obviously lying.

Way before 911, like 20 years, my uncle had a broken arm with a metal plate. He was flying out of Denver, drunk, set off the metal detector, they stopped him, he says yeah, I got a bomb in my cast, along with other drunk stuff, they did not play, my grandfather had to drive up there to bail him out. These days, it's a privilege to fly, and you'll end up on YouTube if you're stupid, regardless of the reason.

I see a boy with mental health issues, a Mum with little maternal instincts, boy reaches for something, somewhere to belong, to feel needed or wanted..... Unfortunately leads to extremism and disaster.
Though, in saying this, as a Mum myself, I do see a tiny bit of a child who doesn't want to respect authority and was having a tantrum....yes teenage tantrums can last over a year lol.
There's a lot at play here obviously, me being no expert, just an opinion.
In regards to his Mother, I just couldn't see myself hugging my son so coldly in the way that she did, regardless of what he had done. It wasn't natural or nurturing in the slightest.

I have instilled that end “psa” into my 3 kids since they were preteens, and I still go over it multiple times a year to remind them - if someone is trying to kidnap you, even with a weapon, you fight to the death before you let them take you anywhere. At least you have a chance then. If you’re taken somewhere, you have no chance and things will end much worse. It’s better to fight and possibly die at that location than die at another location because you obeyed them or believed the “if you cooperate, I won’t hurt you” bullshit. Chances are whoever is doing the attempted kidnapping will NOT want attention drawn to the area by loud voices/weapons, etc., and will NOT want a struggle to take place to the point of their blood and dna being left at the scene or under your nails. If you are being overpowered and you’re being taken despite putting up the fight of your life, scratch!! Draw blood!! Get their skin under your nails and get their blood as many places as possible. Also try to leave a piece of your hair or tip of your finger nail or spit in their vehicle where they won’t see it clearly. That way if they clean the car, forensics can go much deeper and more invasive to find you were in there. You will probably won’t survive that entire ordeal, but your dna in their cars or their dna on your body could stop them from doing it to someone else.
I hate that that’s even something we need to tell our kids - to drill into their minds - to warn others of. But you never know when this info could save someone’s life or assist in getting an awful garbage human off the streets. ❤

On January 23, 2022 at 5:00 pm emergency services were called to investigate a woman lying on Lyell Ave in Rochester. It was deduced she was shot and not struck by a car as initially thought. Charlotte Thomas, 32, was taken to Strong Memorial where she was pronounced deceased at 10 pm. The investigation produced a suspect, Ammenra Felton, who was arrested in Sugarland, Texas on Feb 1, 2022. Felton was charged and found guilty of second degree murder and 2 counts of possession of an illegal firearm. On October 2, 2023 Felton, 32, was sentenced to 25 to life. It was never not brought out at trial what caused the altercation but it was discovered that Charlotte did not know her killer. RIP Charlotte Thomas.

When that lady who had been walking her dog,who said the bones were found near a construction site,it's very possible that while the cranes were breaking ground,it could have pulled those remains out of the ground, and that the construction workers obviously and apparently hadn't seen it.Here in my city it just hit the news some months ago that the remains of a little boy had been found at a construction site. He has finally been identified. They said that the little boy had been missing since 1983.They have located his siblings, but his mother and father died years ago.The parents died never knowing where their son was or what happened to him.Moral of the story, for a monster or a beast to go throughout their daily lives for 4 years having a sociopathic, narcissistic, sick, twisted, demented, psychotic, deranged mindset as if nothing ever happened and as if they never did anything wrong is nothing but the antichrist!!!!!!!!
I have a strong and powerful message for the devil and all of his followers, and that is this"what cannot be done to you in life, can be done to you in death".Don't forget the devil was once an angel in heaven,he sang in the choir, he even played the organ. And while he sang in the choir he could also sing on key.

Video just started, I'm legit not even five seconds in. When I saw the thumbnail, then read what was type faced into it, & read the title of the video my first, immediate, unchanging reaction was, "Christ! What a fucking LOSER!"
Thank you for the upload, for the channel, for the hard work & emotional heavy lifting you do to keep the channel going. Not just another channel that uploads lightly edited raw int'v footage, but actual analysis, criticism, some dark humour etc is what sets this channel apart from a lot of the competition, & at least in my own case is what keeps me watching. Cheers & keep up the good work!

OMG, the patience needed for this! The detective, so cool and calm, spinning his web to draw Michael into trapping himself, and Michael, to not just scream "get to the effing point!" lol. I've never been in this situation, but I was trapped in an overturned vehicle and my husband drove up. It took 3 officers to hold him back and I could hear him - he never shut up asking questions until it was verified I was conscious and probably not going to die. He was hyper alert, if anything, so I imagine that, if an innocent man's family was even possibly in a house that was on fire, he would not shut up until he was 100% convinced of their status and that he was unable to do anything to help. Shocked, dazed, confused, might happen if one had just witnessed a traumatic event (IMO) but I don't think the behavior portrayed matches up to that scenario at all. Dude needed to watch more true crime before he attempted this.

I think this detective is good and I really really like him! Being from Texas myself and knowing about the general attitude about our law enforcement throughout the years, this detective must be a rarity compared to most,I have to say!
-most people have a stereotype of Texas cops to be condescending and mean,as in treating one guilty before proven innocent! lol
-which Texas cops can be tough!
But I really as a humble human being appreciate this detective!
Big time!
He doesn't seem to depend upon trickery and deceit to get his man(and he got the both of these criminals btw) So hats off to this detetective! As it's very refreshing to me to see this type of interrogation today
-In this day and age
-the age of deception
-of fake, fake, fakery...... to actually see one human being treat another human being,
with decency,kindness and respect!
That I truly do not beleive was fake!
You know that rule- treating others as you would want to be treated!
I 'm actually in shock, kind of!
At how fair and truthful he was with interrogating these violent criminals!
Can you say that he didn't treat them the way we all would want to be treated?
I am like wow and
I say good job to this detective!
He should sleep good at night!
He did what we all are supposed to do,and
since he relys upon the evidence, to put the puzzle together proving the truth! Without a doubt!
How far do you actually think he would've gotten pretending and trying to be these guys bestest friend? Or any other interogation trick?
I do not think these kinds of criminals
- a very special lowly breed, with their unspoken rules.....will EVER be confessing to any murder!
Didnt' you hear Branden Cruz say over and over,
" I really can't say"
Cruz and Reyes both!!
They both might have been ruthless and worthless in each their stature and rank, but they BOTH weren't as dumb as your average criminal!
Sly snakes they are!
They only spoke on crimes that they were themselves were fully prepared to do the time for! They weren't going to incriminate themselves nor any one else for no murder!
So whenever it came to Sandy's murder, her car,her purse.....it was,
"I really can't say"
Every question to do with her!
So hats off! Cruz and Reyes off the streets in Texas one got 40 the other got life!
Detective done dang good!

You mentioned because she looks a bit calm and relax it could look like guilt. But honestly you could see guilt through any emotion, someone who’s nervous could look guilty, or anxious, fearful, hysterical, or even numb showing no emotions.
Let’s assume she was innocent who really and truly hated her husband, but she 100% innocent, what would that look like? She could look happy, sad, worried, content, who know. No one acts the same way during stressful times. Innocent or guilty being interrogated is stressful cuz you always have to prove your innocence during interrogations.
Court of law: innocent until proven guilty
Interrogation room: guilty until proven innocent.

New to your channel, your introduction took me out. Excellent job, subscribed!! 🤗
Edit: the guy who called 911 is n absolute HERO. 💗 He had all of the necessary and relevant information, descriptions, addresses, possible motive, a plot, and a play-by-play synopsis of the entire incident. And he wasn’t even involved, just a bystander who happened to be in the area working. I wish there were more people like this, and less people who just stand by filming. That infuriates me.
Edit: I was REALLY hoping the victim was going to make it. Even though the title says “murderer”, for some reason, I was still shocked and saddened to hear that he didn’t make it. This hurts. 😔
Edit: WHEW, THANK GOD!

6:03 The souls spell "read" 2 different ways. "
To say that about a word that already does have a second spelling, but would make no sense in this context.
Red, like the color.
He's incredibly dumb, in this sentence it's the same, word, same meaning.
Can't even remember how much education he has, can't read, read, red, a sentence, and he thought he just committed "the perfect murder"😂😂😂😂

Notice the change after he looks into the camera at 44:50?
Before that, when he’s saying, “Oh, Lord!”, they’re exclamations made out of shock, similar to when he says, “Aw, man! Aw, man!”.
If he was actually praying, he did so internally.
When he does start praying at 45:22, he does so out loud, making me wonder…
Is he actually attempting to pray to his Lord, or is he just performing for the camera (and eventually the jury)?

Dang, and for what. Jesus christ, man, where are the parents? I know he mentioned a mom, but where is his father or a positive male role model. Kids today, they start young getting into crimes, drugs that isnt right. School systems are underfunded, and there is a lack of after-school activities, bad influences on social media culture about that gang life, money, women, cars, houses, its not real. Our youths are falling through the cracks of life. Not included mental illnesses, school shootings, peer pressure, isolation, bullying, online predators, its hard to be a kid nowadays and seeing a future with limited mobility socially, class, economic and mountain of debts. And worldwide climate change and political tension. This life is a struggle. 😕😕😕😕😕

My God. This guy is beyond belief, but I know people like him are for real. Now, when I waa a teenager way back in the 20th century, like so many girls I was a huge fan of the Beatles, and I adored Paul McCartney. I used to dream about meeting him, getting married and so on. I knew there was no chance, but I continued to dream. But even the thought of harrassing him, of breaking into his house, with or without knives and cans of mace, never entered my head, because I was a fan. I loved him, as a fan. I would never have done anything to give him even a moment of fear or pain. This guy is not one of her fans. If he really were a fan, he wouldn't have said or done any of those things. By the way, I am still a fan of Paul, and I suffered for him when sad things happened in his life, but I've kept my distance out of respect for a great musician.

Sometimes I try to do things and it just doesn't work out the way I wanted too
And I get real frustrated, and its like
And I try hard to do it and take my time
And it just doesn't work out the way I want it too
It's like I concentrate on it real hard but it just doesn't work out
And everything I do and everything I try, it never turns out
It's like I need time to figure these things out
But there's always someone there going
Hey Mike: You know we've been noticing you've been having a lot of problems lately
You know, maybe you get away, and like maybe you should talk about it,
You'll feel a lot better
And I go: No it's okay, you know I'll figure it out
Just leave me alone I'll figure it out
You know I'll just work it on myself,
And they go: Well you know if you want to talk about it I'll be here, you know
And you'll probably feel a lot better if you talk about it, so want don't you talk about it
And I go: No I don't want to, I'm okay, I'll figure it out myself
And they just keep bugging me and they just keep bugging me
And it builds up inside

EDIT: Can I just add..🙄 Police Officers and Detectives have got to operate above board!! The last freakin thing we need,is some bad guy, some awful excuse for a human person, getting away with violent crimes,Murders even 🤨 cuz, some overzealous prick in a room like this doesn't wanna follow the Law!!!!!

If it's new cardboard it's difficult for it to happen from a cigarette alone, but just like dry grass, if it's been baked in the sun which caused it be super dry, it can most definitely start if you throw a fully lit cigarette out on it... Who knows what type of shit may be in a dumpster that would act as kindling when dry, so that's not an apples to apples comparison here.
Regardless, dry cardboard isn't a factor in this case here, it's just regular cardboard on a cold and damp morning in washington... and since carboard absorbs moisture from the surrounding air, it'd be damp, making it an highly unlikely scenerio to happen...and by 'highly unlikely', i mean, damn near impossible. Go grab a bic lighter and try lighting some damp cardboard on cool morning with dew on the grass after being left out on concrete all night...it'll take you some work to do it, and if it does start, it'll more than likely burn out. It becomes even more difficult If it has a coating on it (like the majority of cereal boxes for example) and to prevent it from burning easily, that's difficult to do with a Bic lighter without it being damp.
Honestly, to get cardboard containing any moisture to go up and burn, you'd need a prefire and set it ontop to let it burn as it dries out... So let's just say 'if', if he did manage to pull off something as improbable as that with nothing more than a cigarette, he could of put it out pretty easily or have just taken the cardboard outside...it'd be a very slow burn, if it stays lit for long at all.
Ash definitely wouldn't do it, ain't no possible way...Stubbing it out onto dry cardboard wouldn't even do it because you're both smothering the hot 'cherry' by limiting the oxygen that could get to it... You can't even light a cigarette with another cigarette without inhaling as the cherry is against the end, it takes oxygen to get the dry tobacco to burn...to have any chance whatsoever, it'd need to be a fully lit cherried cigarette, and even then, it's next to impossible under those conditions and would be easily contained if the goal was to prevent the building from going up.
I think the officer is 100% correct, he lit it intentionally, the fact cameras were potentially around caught him up and made him change his story so he'd have a reason to be seen on camera...Being high sure didn't help him formulate a solid plan or alibi, nor did it help his memory to stick to a single story or the ability to think on the fly. Dude was shooting from the hip, while higher than Giraffe pussy.
I think killing that guy was more the goal, the building was just the means of doing so without getting caught...but without a burned body located inside or any proof of his intent to cause bodily harm, I imagine he tried burning that other guy up inside to get even with him.. Cops probably know it too, just can't prove it. Maybe not, but if it were the intention, it obviously didn't play out the way he intended...and if he did happen to be inside when Chris lit it up, I'm sure he'll catch up to Chris when he's back on the streets
I'm surprised there wasn't a lot of fines, I guess insurance is covering it...Chris may of given the owners an amazing gift that morning, they probably wanted the place to burn up too since it's sitting around empty with homeless people destroying it inside...that makes it expensive to remodel and difficult to sell. I'm sure setting it on fire crossed the owners mind too, it's just, the thought of insurance fraud wasnt worth it lmao

I loved learning about your life and how you sort through interrogations, the way you decide which ones to toss vs keep, and the 5 categories.
I’d be interested to see some more of the narcissist/psychopath ones, partly because my mom is the former and my brother is the latter, and I learn a lot from those interrogations on how their minds work, and how the interrogators handle them and try to use those techniques because I still fall for their lies and manipulations sometimes.
My brother is also has schizoaffective disorder, so the pretending to be crazy ones I can usually tell immediately when they’re faking, so I can get bored of those ones. Generally, the things they say are too organized, and/or their affect is off, they lie too much, among other things… idk how to explain it. I can just tell.
I’d like to see some of the regular people ones for the reasons you stated, but I might be in the minority for those! Like. You, I am fascinated by the human mind!

I know this man is a murderer; that fact will never change. There is something different about this case though compared to the many other cases I’ve watched and listened to…. This man is not a cold blooded killer; he is not insane; he is just a killer. He meant to hurt the man which he killed but I don’t believe he wanted him to die. He just wanted to intimidate him into giving him his money back but he made a series of really shitty decisions which resulted in somebodies life being taken which is never okay. Listening to this man pray after he found out what he had done makes me feel sorry for him for some reason. I think drugs are something that really impacted this situation and I feel like without the drugs he would’ve thought rationally, but his path in life came to this. It’s hard for me not to feel sorry for this man because I see him having walked down such a painful, broke, sad, and misguided path. I hope this man can become sober in prison and find a way to enjoy the rest of his life behind bars. Maybe embrace his religion, join groups, work in jail, create special bonds with his fellow inmates. He doesn’t deserve freedom because he took a life; but he does deserve to be at peace and make positive changes in the little amount of time he may have left on this earth. Bless the man he murdered, bless the man’s family, bless his own family, and bless him. It’s so sad what drugs and a rough life can lead people to doing.

What's really funny is that not only is he trying to make up excuses for his theft, but he also has to make himself out to be the Martyr and the opposite of a thief. Instead, he's being overly thoughtful. Like when he was questions about why he marked that he came in one day for a certain amount of time, but not another, and his explanation was that he didn't want to put in that he had been there on a holiday even though he was because he didn't think it would be right to get holiday pay when he had the option of coming in on a non holiday.😂😂 People who ramble and ramble and really don't say much is usually because they're con artists. If they keep speaking and speaking, people eventually just stopped paying attention to what they're saying and want it to be over with, so they just kind of agree with him and let it go. He doesn't consider this theft because he's one of those people that feels that it's owed to him. They work him so hard and all he does is work and they owe him. It's also hilarious that he just puts in hours wherever he wants to and his explanation is that it's owed to him and he worked that time somehow but the whole point of having a time sheet of what hours you worked and where you were at and what you were doing is so that people aren't stealing from the business. Exactly what he's doing. The thing is nobody really checked him over it for probably years and he's gotten away with it for so long that he can continue to take more and more and more. There's another video on this channel, and on other channels, you can watch it. It's kind of the same situation. It's about a chief of police in a little town who was doing things very similar and marking down hours he wasn't working but claims he was working from home. The one thing that was different from this case was that he was also letting some of his colleagues dip into the money pond also. The guy was a fat guy who had really small arms and legs. He just reminds me of the same kind of guy who talks about how he basically ran the place and if he wasn't there nothing would get done but yet he absolutely did no work, just like this guy. In the other video, the guy is a little more pathetic and whiny than this guy, but it's very similar.

Thank you, this sort of analogy is indeed fascinating. When I was younger I thought narcissists were just these one-off, crazy selfish people I knew.. but stuf like this describes them so very well.. learning that people are like this and it's everywhere.. is sadly valuable. I've found that my willingness to give benefit of the doubt, is acknolwedged and exploited, blatantly and each time they spend less effort to sorta cover/disguise their BS.. When they start to see I'm not buying it, the flip through tactics and angles.. they'll say things like "ok, this is really what I mean, what I said earlier was whatever... THIS is what I mean" and you shoot that down and then it's "OK ok ok like, for real though.. I really don’t like people that do that, like.. you know I'd never do THAT.. it's like THIS; blah blah blah" entirely blatant BS, but they don’t hear it, it's easier to convince themsekves theat thay've conviced you and them challenges are met with gult trips and BS "rage" as if their sacred pride and wpord is fact always, because they are them... ANYWAY... watch out for people and trust your gut. People like this also know their BS is borderline unbelievable and they know when you tell someone it sounds insane, so they'll shamelessly exploit this. UUUUGGGGHGHGHGHGHGH - fuck this guy for his shameless murderous lies and thank you for the analysis!

The analysis of this video is extremely interesting.
Extremist political ideologies like white supremacy, black supremacy, Islamism, ultranationalism, communism, fascism, even the extreme woke political correctness we see so much... they all offer a really “enticing” worldview for those who seek validation.
Namely, they all divide humanity into “groups”, drawing clear lines of ally-enemy/superiority-inferiority, casting themselves as the bringers of “the ultimate truth/ideal”... something so important and superior to everything else that it justifies them to stomp literally everything (and everybody) that doesn’t conform.
Sadly, it’s exactly pursuing that “ultimate ideal” that draws gullible people in.

The guy being interrogated obviously knew what he was doing. You cannot (legally) convict someone of a serious crime, without evidence that they actually committed the crime.
Buying a doll, whether it appears to be the same one used in a crime-is coincidental, and the ONLY evidence they had for this. It wasnt HIS problem to explain the purchase-its up to the detectives to demonstrate that that was THE doll used. And, without any witness, without fingerprints, without any other corroborating evidence-there is always a possibility it was NOT him. And, thats how the justice system worked.
Sometimes, you need to put aside the feelings, and go with the facts presented. I have no doubt it was him, as most others here probably conclude.
But, there is a severe lack of evidence worthy to take a decade of life away from someone here.

She's trying to paint herself as the victim in this story, and it looks to me like she was the ringleader. There is no way she was this calm with Ryan. I highly doubt he was there for the sexual reasons she said (I think that was what she was hoping for) and I really doubt he was the toxic roommate. She probably saw he was struggling and vulnerable and took him in thinking he'd be easily manipulated, and she could pull him into this sexual fetish she seems to have. And he wasn't. He was leaving, not them kicking him out.
Note: By law, they can't tell a tenant (and he was a paying tenant by her own words) 'hey, you need to be out this weekend' (basically only a few days notice). It's illegal in all 50 states, for the simple reason that one can't find housing in only a few days, and they are making someone homeless. There is also the issue that it's a breach of contract, and money paid for an expected service. She's completely abusive to have done that, no matter how 'reasonable and calm' she portrays the decision or her doing it as. I think we can all surmise that she was neither reasonable or calm.
Who knows, maybe he already knew that and said as much, pissing her off. Legally she has to either give him 30 (to 60, depending on the state) days or file through the court house.

1) The birthday problem should have been left out. This entire video isn’t relying on math as the principle argument for making your case. The case is being made using hypotheticals and arguably some parts dismiss observation entirely: “all things being equal” is not data or an observation, it is a thought exercise.
2) “Dividends are taxed as income and therefore at a higher rate”…False. The majority of dividends are qualified dividends which are taxed at the long term capital gains tax rate. There are exceptions such as REITs that are taxed as regular income. Additionally, if we are operating under the assumption that a dividend is the same as selling a percentage, then one does not have to wait an entire year to start “selling” and receiving income at the long term capital gains tax rate. If one sells 1% of the stock before the year is up then that person will pay short term capital gains tax. Not true for the dividend income. One only has to own the stock for 60 days to pay long term capital gains on the dividend income.
Taxation is a valid argument but it was presented incorrectly. The reason dividends suck for tax purposes is that the business is already being taxed on that money. Then, when that money gets passed on to the investor in the form of a dividend, the investor gets taxed on that money again. It is more beneficial from a tax perspective for the business to use that money to reinvest in the business to avoid the double tax.
3) “When a stock is sold at a loss you are entitled to a tax loss carry forward” But we just went over the fact that the stock dropped by 1% on the ex date. This isn’t an argument why selling a stock is better. It is an argument for why receiving the dividend is the same. Bought at $100, received $1 dividend taxed at long term capital gains rate, sold at $99 (because the price dropped by $1) offsets the $1 dividend profit. It is the same as if you sold at $100 and there was no dividend at all.
4) Selling percentages for synthetic dividends: If you own a lot of stocks then that sure seems like a lot of micromanaging. One has to go in and sell some fraction of total shares to duplicate the dividend payout. You’ll end up with decreasing share count and probably have to do a lot of calculations. All the percentages don’t typically divide into the shares evenly and the price of the stock fluctuates around so you’ll have to recalculate on the fly. With dividends, your share count does not decrease with each dividend received and one doesn’t have to micromanage the process or calculate anything.
5) “Stocks have seasonality so synthetic dividends can be timed with seasonality.” If you have a crystal ball and are that good at timing the market then that doesn’t mean dividends suck….it means they are irrelevant. Who cares if a company pays a dividend at that point? If you have the ability to time seasonality that well in order to make synthetic dividends that much more of an advantage then just time the seasonality regardless of whether the company pays a dividend or not. Most people are not good at timing the market or seasonality and seasonality fluctuations are usually already built into the market price.
6) “Dividends can be cut and the stock price falls if they are cut.” Ah, so then this would be an argument that dividend paying companies generally are valued more by the market than they would be if they didn’t pay a dividend. This fact means that a dividend paying company compared to a non dividend paying company “all things being equal” is inherently unequal. If Company A is $100 and pays a $1 dividend but would drop in price below $100 if it didn’t pay that dividend…then it is not equal to Company B that is $100 and does not pay a dividend. The hypothetical at the beginning of the video has been made invalid.
7) “In a perfect capital market, dividends are irrelevant.” We don’t live in a perfect capital market.

The detectives weren’t wasting time by not questioning the suspect after he made it clear he had conditions that he wanted met before he would talk, and since a confession to the cops that’s even recorded on video is the Holy Grail for any crime, but it’s especially beneficial to the police and the district attorney’s office when they need to convince a jury of the suspect’s/defendant’s guilt. So imagine you’re one of the detectives involved and you have this guy in the box and he is claiming that he will spill his guts on “EVERYTHING”… but first he just wants to be able to see, hug, kiss, and speak to his wife (now separated or divorced I think he said?) because he claims he is definitely going to be locked up for an extremely long time. Wouldn’t you try your absolute best to keep on his good side, such as it were, and avoid doing anything that would make him change his mind and decide not to talk? Additionally, I think I made out an exchange between the perp and the detective where the perp mentions that he does currently have a lawyer who represents him and is only one phone call away - because regardless of whether or not the suspect has explicitly invoked his right to remain silent and await the assistance of legal counsel, the video of the events will all but certainly be entered as evidence by one side of the other, and you generally don’t want to pitch an absolute meatball nice and easy right over the plate for the perp’s defense counsel to knock clear out of the stadium by muddying up the Miranda issue and attempting to discuss anything that can possibly be argued to be related to the crime for which the suspect was brought into the station to answer for. I personally would not have any words for him from the moment he mentions his legal representation - even if I wanted to check on him while we awaited his attorney’s arrival and see if he wanted any food or beverage, because I don’t want to leave anything dangling for his lawyer to latch onto if the matter goes to trial, I would have a patrolman with no connection whatsoever to the case handle any communication during that time. Unless I can get him to waive his right to remain silent and await legal counsel both verbally and in writing, I will absolutely not be chatting with him anymore. The detectives were actually playing it fast and loose as far as I’m concerned. I guess the brass wherever this is doesn’t crucify their detectives over fumbling a possible full confession or allowing a giant Miranda hole to develop in the case that any defense lawyer can fly a 767 through with room to spare…
So yeah I guess you can say I disagree with the video creator’s/narrator’s assessment of the detectives and their actions. I would have shuffled their @$$es swiftly out of the interview room once I heard the perp mention his lawyer and I can still see my detective(s) jabbering on with him/it. I don’t necessarily want to make his attorney’s job a whole lot harder for them, but I sure as hell don’t want to hand over the keys to open the door and let the murdering POS walk free…

Plot twist: Dante and/or his girlfriend got pissed after learning that Glen made a complaint with the property management office so, to get the ultimate revenge he tied the noose around dolls & placed them under his car & on his patio & then called the Police saying that Glen did it. That would actually be BS so I hope not but, you just never know these days. I’m not 100% convinced Glen is guilty. There IS video surveillance that captured every time it supposedly happened but, it never showed him doing it. You could argue that the video quality was too poor but, in the police report they stated they watched the footage & described step by step exactly what Glen was doing so, the footage WAS clear enough to see. The Cop also said he personally spent 30hrs staking the area watching him, which would’ve been in an unmarked vehicle & once again didn’t see Glen committing any crimes, they also performed 2 forensic fingerprint analysis’ & they both showed that Glen’s fingerprints were not on any of it. Sounds like they so badly wanted to convict Glen because, to run ANOTHER forensic analysis on a petty crime after the first result wasn’t what they wanted/hoped for, is ridiculous & a waste of tax payers dollars. I think the whole thing is suspicious & they wasted too many tax dollars on this witch-hunt like, 30 hours of the Cop sitting on his ass watching Glen, the cost of multiple forensic tests…ridiculous. I’m leaning more towards Dante or his gf committing the perfect revenge on Glen for complaining to the property management.

Great video👌🏼, i see you’re a newer channel, just subbed😸! I’m actually really surprised at that because this video was really quality, very well done. The commentary was not overwhelming, didn’t stop the video too much, and i feel every time you added cometary it was to the point and added value, as well as additional information for me as the viewer. Well researched.,And a side note, i enjoyed you using your own personal voice instead of an automated voice, or one of those ridiculously like over-exaggerated,and over-hyped up voice actor voices, that are very distracting. It really feels like you’re there taking in the content with us. loved it! I’m sure this channel is gunna blow up huge:). This is my favourite long form content to watch. Keep ‘em coming!🙃🥰🤓👻

Chuunibyou does not correlate with the Kohlberg Model. I understand it's an easy link to make because 'hey, middle schoolers', but chuunibyou has many more characteristic behaviors which cannot be defined by a person's moral development - one such prominent characteristic being that of a semi-delusional mindset. In a 2021 paper by Shimoda et. al. titled "Characteristics of “chūnibyō” identified by a questionnaire" the introduction (in-part) reads as follows:
"The behaviours that are characteristic of chūnibyō, such as attempts to make oneself look more important, can be observed during pubertal emotional development [1,5,8,9], and the behaviours associated with chūnibyō are generally resolved spontaneously after puberty [4,5]. Those behaviours are different from usual changes experienced during puberty. People with chūnibyō act aggressive, defiant, delusional, withdrawn, boastful, and/or in ways that refer to characters specific to Japanese culture, such as those found in anime, manga, cosplay, and gaming, which draw on teenage fantasies about temporarily possessing supernatural powers during puberty [1,5,6]. For example, people with chūnibyō sometimes apply a bandage to an uninjured arm to “seal in” the power granted them by a devil, insist that they can see a supernatural being, and call themselves elevated names such as “Researcher” and “Dream Soldier” [1,4]. Some people experience the following problems associated with chūnibyō: poor communication skills, stress without a specific cause, bullying, remaining chūnibyō even as an adult, and others [1,2,4,5]. Since chūnibyō is not disease, interest in chūnibyō is low, and sufficient countermeasures have not been taken for children with chūnibyō. If people are more aware of chūnibyō, families, teachers, friends, and adults around children with chūnibyō might be able to provide a better environment. However, no study has reported the characteristics of chūnibyō in detail, and the definition of chūnibyō has not been standardized."
Chuunibyou is not simply the Japanese word for "people with middle schooler mindsets pretending they are adults" as you claim.

What's your kids musical tastes (Not a biggy but WHY are they their favorites and what are the typical lyrics and do they understand them), what is their watch history on youtube and YT channel subs. Bitchute and Daily motion channel subs if any?. Their discord, twitch, instagram and twitter channel subs if any, any books in their room, what are they? Favorites, bookmarks and quick access links on their phones, tablets, or computers. WHAT IS their life in general. ZOLOFT...there's HALF your answer right there.
Don't know the answer to these questions and more of a similar nature? They you shouldn't be the parent of a juvenile, and not even of an adult to a lesser degree if they still live in your home. Accept that, take a deep breath and do something about it. Or you can unleash a monster like this, who should never again see the light of a free day outside a cell....or the needle preferably.

Definitely 100% agree on the need for some intervention in domestic violence cases, and that's really a great point. I haven't really thought much about this. You clearly put a lot of thought and care into these cases and what leads to them happening in the first place, and it shows! I appreciate that a lot!
It does seem odd that in 2022 we're still operating this way, and that an abuser can commit awful crimes against their spouse/victim and the spouse can have the charges dropped meaning the abuser gets away with it, is always in control and never punished, or isn't punished as they should be (it's not even really just about punishment per se, but this ability to drop those charges without another word doesn't take into consideration the victim's safety and well-being, or how the abuser could very potentially be a risk to OTHER people outside of the spouse who has the case dropped)
That you can still legally drop charges for such serious offenses is not in line with the widely accepted knowledge that victims of domestic abuse/psychological, mental, emotional, and physical abuse are prone to prioritize their abuser, have a need to protect their abuser, and/or have fear of retaliation from the abuser.
We know that many people who are in abusive relationships have effectively been groomed to do what the abuser wants them to do. The abuser transplants their priorities (for themselves), and their ideals and their beliefs into the minds of their victims (e.g. that the victim is worthless, that the victim is actually the one being abusive by daring to report someone they claim to love).
There should be an outside source, an objective viewer who can assess the details of each case to determine whether the charges should be, or even legally can be dropped. There should be some responsibility on the part of the government if they have the ability to intervene, which they do, then there should be some accountability when it comes to watching over what they have their hands in. I'm sure there's been plenty law enforcement officers who wish they could intervene but couldn't, because the victim dropped the charges. So this has to come down to changes in law. And I think it should come to that. Thank you for making these videos and bringing awareness to these issues!

To doze off in the chair while waiting is understandable I guess but to wake up, make a phone call and then lay down on the floor to continue sleeping is absurd with consideration to what just took place!
A true innocent victim would have awaken checking the time to see how much has passed while dozed since urgency is of importance, possibly made the phone call to check on children first but then would be frantically knocking on the door begging detectives for an update and to know have they found her husband , did they check the info she gave them and if she hadn't given info as of yet, she would be demanding that someone speak with her to give them any and everything she thinks may help!
To her, the cops couldn't be doing enough to help fix this and every friend, enemy, ex, neighbor, Co worker etc would be on HER suspect list that she wants the cops to get on immediately!!! After that she would be asking for coffee, pacing again, calling everyone she has access to in order to know if they have seen or heard from her husband and if they know if anyone has been plotting on their family for any reason!
This is what gave it away that she was guilty before she ever opened her mouth!

I understand the minimum 10 year charge and it is fair. However, your assessment had nothing of "human understanding". People are not walking psychology textbooks. Although, they fit into textbook personality traits, human beings are quite complex. Even if this guy robbed the store for food, I can understand hunger a lot better than some of the heinous crimes I've seen committed , on channels such as yours, for absolutely no valid reason whatsoever. For instance, I watched an interrogation recently of a Philopena grandmother who callously murdered her 2 year old granddaughter out of jealousy, by throwing her off a high bridge-like structure at the mall in front of the girl's parents (the grandmother's daughter & son-in-law. The "grandmother" then coldly admitted to doing so while showing absolutely no remorse or regret. She was given a mere 35-year sentence. The so-called "Justice System" can be an unfair crock of BS at times. That "grandmother" should've received the death penalty. 35 years may as well have been a slap on the wrist. When watching these types of videos, I've often assessed how women tend to receive lesser sentences for similar crimes committed by men and likewise, (in America) other races often receive lesser sentences for the same crimes committed by Blacks.

He's not a gangster though, so he doesn't know better. If he was selling weight or pulling licks he wouldn't have time for 3 years of college. Not trying to speak out of school, but 20 years ago I pushed weight and I studied the law religiously. It was my job to know the law better than the 5, I looked at it like I was doing my job and all I had to do was do my job better than the police. I didn't have time to do shit else but work. I was pulling 2k or more everyday, so college wasn't on my mind. All I cared about was climbing that ladder. My thing was tree, so I quit smoking. I took that shit seriously, I ran it like my 2 retail stores. I insulated myself. If you weren't talking at least 15k you weren't talking to me, you were messing with my fronts. I never talked to the police about shit, I'd just be polite. Meanwhile we got Rick Ross talking about selling keys. Dude was a CO. At most he was a crooked pos CO that sold little bitty bits of yay to people locked up. If you out there really making moves you don't have time for college. You don't have time to work on your beats or flow. Rappers be lying, telling a story that isn't theirs. Listen to Scarface Exit Plan. That's the blueprint. Get in, get out. Abide by the code for the thing you signed up for. Being in the game isn't a goal, it's about providing for people, or me I just loved the rush. Get in and get out. This dude hasn't pushed weight, and good on him. He made bank legit. Talk about the bad shit in the game. Most my friends are dead or locked up. I got a boy doing 25 cuz he was a felon with a pistol and drugs. He's still locked up. They try to glamorize that shit. I can't lie, I miss it everyday. Going to the out and blowing 700 on a round for the whole bar. Getting any broad I wanted and her friend cuz my money and ride. The respect. Shit I heard people tell stories about me I'd never met they'd be talking to me not knowing it was me. Money like that is like a drug man. But I worked hard. I'd get Robbed and do the same shit the next day. But I never had money like this dude. Man, talk about the struggle, talk about the come up. Jeezy can flow, but he ain't getting no 13.5. The Pimp called him on it. Pac is one of the greatest ever. He went to Juliard. He didn't start doing that gangster shit until he got with Suge. But that was a real dude man. Go listen to 16 on death row. Where's the message? I give no fucks about your Bugatti homie. And fuck Rick Ross CO ass. Be real, that's the 1st rule of rap man. I'd be embarrassed to bang that fake thug.
Sorry for the rant guys, I'm done. I had to get that off my chest. And I'm old. Statute of limitations. This was 20 years ago when I lived that. I got pictures of 5 friends and me all wearing clothes I bought from head to toe. I'll always miss that life. And I'll always live by those rules. Be careful out there to the real hustlers, peace to all from here in the Midwest.

I hate this cop interrogating the lover. It is SO easy for me to see what the guy is saying and this cop acts like he is clueless.
The guy took it seriously bc when she's angry, she IS serious. But he knows her moods swing and he knows talking to her has always calmed her down in the past. This time, he thought she acted a bit different but no, of course he didn't want to get her arrested and lose custody of her kid, especially if she didn't show up after all, or if she showed up and he was able to talk her down. Sure, it sounds nice and pat to say you should have called, but if you have experienced all these false alarms, and you LOVE the person, you don't want to be the one to ruin her custody chances, or get her arrested if you don't know for absolute, 100% sure, she's actually going to k the guy. It makes perfect sense to real people! This cop just doesn't want to see that.
Yes, he took it seriously but he STILL was hoping she was just being her typical bipolar self BUT just in case, he went to watch out for her to show up. So freaking easy to understand.

"It never occurred to me to maybe call the cops if I thought this kid was not being looked after on the street. It did occur to me to go up to him, start touching all over him, ask him if he wants to go into my car. Then go up to the house, flash a fake badge, pretend to be a social worker for CPS, and then do a home tour checking out the house. That occurred to me, though. 😂😂😂 all joking aside though, this is actually terrifying. The fact that she already had a badge on her, makes you think that she definitely had prior intentions of doing something like this. Then how she was molesting the kid. I'm going to say molesting because if this had been a male touching on a child, it would have been considered a sex crime. Which it should be because there's no reason for you to be touching all over a child like that. Especially a child that isn't yours or that you don't know at all. So, I'm not saying that she's not an alcoholic and that's the alcohol didn't influence her actions on that day. I'm sure that alcohol probably has either influence this, or caused her some damage that made her not think in the proper way she should but that's beside the point she knew what she was doing and she still committed the crimes.

I think you’re taking what the FBI are saying in some of those articles out of context. They’re “aware” in the sense that they get millions of complaints every year, so some of the suspects who commit crimes may show up on a database when searched, but not all of them are actionable because they’re simply covered by free speech, there’s no probable cause, or they don’t warrant full investigations at the time. A criminal can go through periods of internal thoughts and beliefs, external comments (to people, or on social media) espousing their beliefs, and then suddenly putting those those beliefs into action and committing a crime. People have rights, investigations take time, and yeah, sometimes it genuinely just is incompetence. I wouldn’t trust the FBI as a whole, but I do see what they mean when they say they were aware of a suspect before he committed a crime.

Sorry but after watching hundreds of these kind of videos…he’s GUILTY AF!!!! And the cops KNOW it!!
Love how…SHE’S the drinker, SHE’S the pill popper-HIS pills mind you 🙄 How convenient, within months prior to her death, the life insurance policy was held up for this or that, to make it sound like HE didn’t deliberately plan to have it in place…and of course, HE DOESNT have life insurance on himself!! And how convenient, Peggy told him…”if anything ever happened to her, that he move back to NY, where he belongs” AND where his new GF miraculously lives! 🙄 Good grief Dave, you are text book alibi!! Peggy can’t corroborate HIS version of their marriage, their life, HER problems! 🙄 Not too many grind up their meds & put it in their ice cream, when they are capable of swallowing them!! 🙄🤥
Also…who grinds up their meds in the same grinder you grind your dogs meds?!? 🤔
This guy has an answer & excuse for EVERYTHING!! 🙄
Around 2:45’ish mark…Dave was already facing the door, put his sunglasses on & tapped his papers on the table…like he was ready to go…notice the other detective position himself in front of the door?!? He noticed he was in fight or flight mode!! Good attention there!!

Sadly enough, they sound like a young couple on the phone in high school. Which is most likely their mentality level. In all reality, I'm not one to judge. Hopefully things work out for them when they're both out, home& happy.
BUTT!.... This isn't anything new. It's a story as old as time. DnA. In reality it's not hard to imagine. Two people stuck inside the same place for half their day, which in reality is half their life. That's more than most "normal" couples have. Can't tell me it's not. It all boils down to DnA. You know, Dick n Attention..... Some women need attention. By default they'll go to, or get it from, the man willing to give them that attention.... And attention leads tooooooooo Dick. And who better than the guy who's on lockdown, who you know where he is every day, all day, as you go about life. They're each others stress reliever. And that's what tends to make people happy& get relationships going. Not how great they make you feel, but more often or not, how relieved you feel when you lock eyes like nothing else in the world exists.
Lastly, I damn sure can't blame the dude for doing. Sitting in a cell sucks. Even smelling a woman will put your brain in a place to help you cope. Getting touched? Shiiiiiiiiiit. She's keeping him sane in that place. Lol.

3:39:42 mins..🤔 Listen,so idk how big this apt is,but this Detective is claiming..it makes NO DAMN SENSE that a gunshot wouldn't wake her up,but her baby crying right next to her would 🤨
I sleep like a friggin rock, whole *ss thunder storms come through, and I wouldn't notice,my phone would ring in my ear,and I'd not hear it 🙄 I sleep through my alarms 😆..however,my kid would stir in the night 😏 and,I was up immediately!!
I'm definitely not taking up for this chick, and she's seemingly making a habbit out of lying to the Police..😌 but,I very well could sleep through a firearm discharge..my baby crying for a bottle and a dipe change NOT A CHANCE!
Just sayin.

The suspect here sounds more paranoid than stone cold killer. Dude easily would believe his life was at risk.
Then again, aside from the front he puts on to the investigators, playing it like a scared victim, he actively seemed to hide the gun, given that he knew this was a crime he had to evade.
On a second note, that Pepsi, was not only 'luke warm', but also flat since Pepsi and any cola for that matter, lose their fizz within 10 minutes if not refrigerated, and even then you might get at least 20 minutes until its flat as a board.
As an avid consumer of sodas, over time, I have applied the Pepsi Challenge to a variety of brands, leading and generic, and the soda I found that maintains its' fizz longer than any other soda, including Ginger Ale and 7UP, is Big K Fruitpunch Sparkling Soda.
It is by far the best of them all, especially if kept refrigerated. You can get about 24 to 32 hours of fizz from an opened can, and it is tasty and not filling like Pinapple or grape flavors can be. There's really no better soda on the planet, and they are a generic brand. ;) You're welcome.

I know it's all for a purpose, but it bothers me when I hear a male detective say "did things get violent? Did she get violent with you? Did she hit you?", but that's my knee jerk reaction to hearing a guy say that. In reality, they know that's not the case here. They understand the psychology of these men, and they understand the thinking of abusive people who have patterns of projecting blame onto their victims. Just like the detective asks, "did you make a mistake?" and that offers an "out" while avoiding confronting Marvin's lying and potentially his premeditated brutality, asking "did she get violent with you" feeds into the abuser's desire to pin all blame and all ills onto their victim. It sets him up to at the very least admit that he hurt her, he murdered her, "buuuttt she deserved it". But she started it/she instigated it/and wanted it/it was her fault/she is to blame here. Logically, you'd think they'd have to know that we all know that's not true, but narcs and abusers often think they're smarter than everyone else in the world.

My dad is a retired ICE agent who worked 27 years out of NYC started with INS before they merged with customs, he investigated and arrested dozens of murderers and dozens of violent criminals and drug dealers and all types, he told me most criminals are basically decent people, like this guy, but the true monsters are the ones who hurt children he always told me they're freaks, true monsters. This guy sounds like he was pushed to the brink and he snapped. Inflation could be a factor in this murder. Rent hikes, foods expensive, schools expensive, clothes are expensive, then BAM MFs break in and steal all his shit and piss on his F bed. Then the MF who did it had the nerve to make fun of his dying mom using pics to assist him, and I bet if all this is true, this guy will go to heaven after he dies. He sacrificed his freedom and future to remove a total evil scum bag from the planet. Probably made his neighborhood safer making an example of what happens to people doing B&Es. Crazy ass world...

First, I don't believe anything he says abt his brother in law. Or more exactly, I think literally everything he says abt his brother in law is true abt himself. Dan was borrowing $$$ from him, Dan was a shiftless deadbeat mooching off his sister, Dan was an aggressive, unreasonable perpetual victim, Dan is a manipulator... "I'll tell you what, you get me a single cell up there at the jail where my corpse can rot, I'll tell you. Can you do that?" But Dan is the manipulator.
This complete piece of shit... I'm having flashbacks of that creature Dustin McPhetridge (however you spell it, don't care) w/ how much this clown here is talking abt "being honest". The videos from TRUE CRIME Loser abt ol' Dusty are great, & rly similar in how Dusty says abt how the decoy in that case was egging him on, & drawing him in, BLAMING THE VICTIM.

I’m watching this on Jan 4, 25’ I AM APPALLED AT EVERY COMMENT CONDONING A HIGH SCHOOLERS DEATH FOR A VERY DUMB PRANK. THIS IS the level OUR WORLD HAS SUNK TO! THIS IS tRump World!! Each and every one of you, think of dumb stuff high schoolers did in your day, think what dumb choices your children might make… you want them to get immediate death ….they were High SSschoolers on high school grounds.. GRRRR! As one who served, it really p*ss’ me off where we’re at as a nation! Every male of sound mind and body should have to do a stint in the military imo. Creates discipline, foundation, cooperation skills. For troubled female juveniles, I feel the same! I’m blue now , thru and thru but I also believe in a lot harsher crime penalties! Prevention is the key! You have to make it people are to Afraid to break the law!!! Uuugh, as an old lady, living with her 🐈 🐈in her sisters attic, my two cents, not worth a plug nickel, IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HUMANITY ! Buckle Up! 25 Gonna be a Wild Ride….😅💙🇺🇸

Let me just say, as a born Muslim, there is nothing in the Qur'an to corroborate killing people into submission, it is really sad to see how young people like these, get their knowledge from the internet and assume it to be true.
If he had the proper guidance, I'm sure the outcome would have been different, unfortunately it's not. It's sad, tragic and very heartbreaking, that not only did he forever alter the lives of so many people, but using islam as a foundation to his crime.
By no means do we just go around and kill people, for any reason. Intent to kill is a personal observation/act, religion has nothing to do with it.
This channel is one of my favourites. I'm sure it's going to thrive beyond expectations for you Damon!! I enjoy the commentary. Keep up the great work!! xx 🇿🇦

EVERYONE WILL GET SUCKERED at some point throughout their life. Hopefully their intelligent enough to correct themselves&become wiser in the future.
Unfortunately this happens every day across the world& mostly to elderly people in America. Generally speaking the "relationship" scam isn't the "goto" scam. But when it is, it applies to men just as much as women, if not more. Regardless who is happening to, they battle with a cognitive dissonance the entire time. They know in their gut what is harrowing yet still allow themselves to go along with it. IE, EMOTIONS DEFY LOGIC!
And this is the lesson in life kids.... NO MATTER WHAT, NEVER ALLOW YOUR EMOTIONS TO DENY YOUR LOGICAL SIDE! You must set aside your emotions to stay calm while using your logical side to work through the situation. IF you can do that, you'll be far more successful than so many others, in so many ways that it'll began to bother you at certain points. At least if you have levels of empathy &sympathy in your veins, lol. Otherwise you may be a bit psycho...... BUTT I DIGRESS!
There's no good punishments for situations like this, with people of her age. Let's be serious, putting a 70y/o in jail does no one any good including the public. She's harmless at this point. She's already exhausted the resources she used for "fraudulent purposes" and won't get that position back. Doing time is just ridiculous, especially with the state taking on responsibility for her medical issues. If anything, she could be put on a tether, given a PR bond, and given X amount of restitution to be paid back. Even if it'll never be fully paid. The library will recover. A few fundraisers& all is well. Good people will continue to make sure libraries keep going.
How do you feel about this/her punishment @MattCox @InsideTrueCrime #MattCox #InsideTrueCrime ?
Lastly..... YOU FOUND YET ANOTHER GREAT ONE DAMON! Keep it up! I need to find some old crazy lady to give me a shitload of money..... I'll even set talk her. Although I won't make silly promises about paying it back. Lol.

(Edit) People in the comments say yeah, he was horrible but got the job done. He didn't get any job done, there was no job to be done. The suspect already let them know from the start he would confess once he got a hug from his wife. Not very much skill needed for that. If anything, these 2 detectives in the beginning were nearly talking him out of a confession. Once the suspect said he wasn't answering anything until he got to hug his wife, I would have been "cool man, I'm going to grab some pizza I'll see you again when she gets here". That's it done!
(5:15) Sometimes this is purposely not done prior to an interrogation. A lot of interrogations are to tear holes in any defense the suspect may have in court, not just to get a confession. If the suspect can claim he was "under the influence" during interrogation, it could be a possible defense for the admissibility of the interrogation or anything he said during. But now there is no proof he was under the influence, and he "objectively" looks competent enough to go thru an interview.
I've never actually seen this interrogation before and not really familiar with the case yet. So, thanks very much to the poster and narrator. I completely agree so far this detective should have never been allowed in this room with this suspect. I'm only 5 and a half minutes in so let's see. This detective is more than likely usually assigned to DV victims or interviewing adolescents, and maybe was on call at the time? (5:36) this suspects stare is just like "you idiots really sent this man child in here to interrogate me?". I can only imagine these two in a jail cell together what would be happening.
(25:11) Tell me if this behavior is indicative of seasoned interrogator! This detective is just a mess, there is no way I would believe this guy actually took any courses in interrogation. I would put money on that this dude works at the front desk answering phones, and they needed someone bad enough because the rest of the police were on patrol. No interrogator would be bouncing their leg and folding their arms with a goofy face like this. I trained for years and years to have no emotion whatsoever on my face and body (and my gf hates it because I have this face 24/7 now). He can't even muster enough confidence to say, "alright man, let's hear what you have to say now". By the way we don't bounce our legs like this and are always focused on a suspect more when he does this, is because this is in tune with your heartbeat. The faster your leg bounces the faster your heart is beating, a giant indicator of stress and anxiety, same with chewing gum!!!

Wtf would she be mad at the lawyer, you 1:21:57 must not watch/know much about the justice system?! Only thing I’m bugged about is he shoulda scolded her stupid azz for having an attitude & put her in check! & she should be mad at herself & especially her USLESS momma for not raising her & keeping tabs on her at a critical age, instead mom was lazy, careless & let her run them streets! She wanted to prostitute PLUS be in a relationship with a guy who she knew lived with his girlfriend/baby momma, and she wanted to set up men to rob them for money & this was going on for history . She’s an awful person I dgaf how young she cries to be she did this all to herself , she should be crying about how young this poor fella was when she set him up to get killed! BUT nope another thing her momma failed to do teach her about compassion & responsibility , why wasn’t she working a normal job so she wouldn’t have to rob ??The average young female & any half decent parent this wouldn’t even cross their minds & she was so flat ,emotionless except for when she was hollering at the men with her shitty attitude . But hey she wanted to be soo grown but keeps yelling at the detective like he’s the dumb one “of corse im ONLY 18 hrs old” im only 18” playing the im a child card! Naw you don’t get to pick & choose wheh your a child , your out selling yourself , & knowingly home wrecking ( takes 2, bf was at fault too) robbing men , not working , out in then streets but yet want to look at people like they are stupid “of Corse im only 18 what do you think” like she’s innocent . She deserves the world she’s going to be living . Sadly that just makes the community a worse place for normal hard working, kind and
