Watching how meticulous you are along with the couple of other Japanese van campers I've watched, I now understand why Japanese machines to include automobiles are so well made. As a people you give attention to detail as if it's a natural extension of your being! It's a quality we used to have here in America before all of our cultural revolutions, but I fear we've lost it as a people and we have dwindled to only valuing exterior qualities and monetary wealth.   20. I watch too many van builds and I love that everything is done well. From the cuts in the insulation so that it bends nicely into the body to how everything is cut neatly to fit. It has been so satisfying to watch your beautiful van come together

  22. Hello from Texas! I like watching you cook in different ways, but my favorite is still when you use your college days rice cooker and your clay pot from your wife. I don't know why I like that so much. Your sandwich maker for breakfasts is also what i look for on your breakfasts. Hahaha, is it strange that I am taking notice of a complete stranger's eating habits? I don't know you in real life, but I feel like you are a friend I've had for a long time. I do have just one question. Do you eat your dessert immediately after your dinner? Where do you fit all that food? I'm a small person and I can't eat that much so it's incredible to me to see others with a big appetite. I look forward to your next video!!

  42. You know, every time we go kayaking, i always try to retrieve any trash in the water. It surprises me how thoughtess people can be. I even flipped my kayak and lost my phone in the water while i was trying to grab a part of a broken paddle blade and swoop i was in the water. I did find the phone and it had to be dried out and lasted another year. Well until i dropped it in the lake for the second time. Yes i found it and got it back. There was no hope for it that time so we stopped on the way home and bought a new phone. A year later my daughter dropped my new go pro into the same lake and was never seen again.😢😢 So yes i try to pick up trash while we are out. You have a great week.😊

  43. When I was younger, I would go camping with my brother and my best friend. We would go summer and winter camping in our own "tents". I had the blue one, brother had the orange one, friend had the yellow one. So much fun. That was a great time. The beauty of nature was worth it. Miss it. That was 50 years ago.
