I learned more about the immigrant situation from your video than I have from all the other talking heads anywhere. Great job! Excellent video! It appears that these men are mostly of fighting age. Perhaps letting them serve in the US military for two to four years as a means of gaining citizenship might be a solution. It would be interesting to see how many of them would accept that offer. The men you interviewed seem to be of a decent sort, but there are just so many of them. They appear to be very enterprising, although being in the US for two years and still not speaking English is suspect. This begs the question... where are the women immigrants?

Most of my students came through illegally or through the parole process. When they register for class only a receipt is needed to get free stuff. They don't even have to attend school. Others get WIC and social security payments from social services and we, the teachers, have to sign a paper log each week for proof of attendance for them to get their free stuff. They receive social security cards that say "for work authorization," so technically they're integrated and considered "legal." My students in class are argumentative, rude, and demanding. I even have a migrant student currently pursuing a worker's comp case (I kid you not. I have the documents) I'm going to write to the White House, Nate. You belong there!

  270. Hello. I just watched this video. I think that Nate is a very nice young man and he conducted his interviews in a very respectful manner. At the end he said that he could not find anyone, who voted for Harris. Well, I am a Russian immigrant. We came to the States 25 years ago from Moscow and have been living in AZ since then. For the life of me I cannot understand why Ukrainians will vote for trump!! I noticed that the majority of interviewees don’t have good English. So I am just speculating that they were probably influenced by Russian speaking media. I didn’t use the word “brainwashed “ out of respect for my fellow citizens. They mentioned schooling and naturalization process for citizenship. They found work as soonas they could, it seems. Its crap to say, but they didn't seem to want to " live off the country" as many are. They made the initiative to find work quickly. Its a bit horrifying to hear the process they went thru', to get here, and to hear the reality of the ways of thier government, jailing, or worse, for political beliefs. Its real, and its a shame that our " luxurious lifestyles" don't make this visible to us. South of Supai Indian village in Grand Canyon. Lived in my van for awhile but have slowly built small cabin thing. Total off grid. Only have SS. Not enough to live in town and pay rent and utilities.

Thanks for what you do & how you handle yourself! I have years of a particular type of experience with people who live on the streets. Too much for a YT comment, I'm afraid. Suffice it to say, the folks you interviewed in this video do not seem unusual. Some folks have difficulty (like these men, often extreme) managing responsibilities. It's not always upbringing, though you might assume so. Although it may sound trite of me to narrow it down to 'cannot manage responsibilities,' in my opinion, this is the bottom rung of the issue. There are MANY reasons for being unable/unwilling to accept personal responsibility; from mental health issues to situational (acute or crisis) events. Thanks again, be safe, happy new year to you!

  463. So a couple of things to takeaway from this video, which I found very informative & thoroughly enjoyed….. Those young men seem like decent guys to be honest. They’re working hard & just want to make a living & aspire to do better for themselves. The 2nd boy from Guinea has more resources than a lot of people. He’s able to reach out to his Father & Political Party in his home country to pay flights etc. The two of them are living inside a shelter & don’t have to worry about rent, food, washing etc. They get access to this inside their accommodation. No wonder they all want to come. The Home Depot situation has been going on for years. I don’t think the young reporter fully understood what was happening…..basically you’ll have tradesmen etc coming to the store to buy materials for jobs they’ve got on. They may take on a project & realise they need more men etc to complete the work, or there may be a part of the job that requires different skills to what they’ve got in their team currently. There’s a group of guys standing outside who are looking for work. They’ll get asked what their rate is, or told “I can pay you $100” & they jump in the van & go to work. Job might last 1 day, might last 1 week. Just depends. This happens all over. Not new. Nothing to do with Home Depot either.

  482. In 2016 Nate, Trump met with a bunch of Amish leadership before the election, it was a fun story. But then on election night the suspense over PA was SO immense. At one point it was only the Philly area and Lancaster County areas that had not reported and it got very, very quiet for HOURS with people not wanting to speculate. Finally, the Philly precincts reported and ONLY AFTER they did, were the Amish areas finally coming in. I thought that night and have thought for years that the VERY INTELLIGENT Amish leadership intentionally witheld their reporting so that the cheaters in Philly wouldn't know how many votes to manufacture, and it turned out AMAZINGLY well for the country. If you recall, we waited until probably after 2 am for the news in Pennsylvania. My ancestors were menonites there in Lancaster Co. in the 1800s and moved on to Iowa, but I have a real fondness for their community and especially so knowing they are Trump voters and want to Make America Great Again! Also, I just loved the black guy who so intelligently moved to PA from NY. Still waters run deep there! Good video.

I had to make sure they live in PA because not all fans do. It was close but I would say it was Trump 55-45 to Harris. Would make great videos. The mets are facing the Brewers now (Wisconsin) so if they come to NY it’s easier to poll fans: also the Mets fan face the Braves (Atlanta) and Phillies (Pennsylvania). The Yankees could also face the Tigers(Michigan) so please do videos for each one. It should be a lot easier to film outside the stadium before the game and after the game then inside the stadium which would be more difficult but definitely do these.

I would like you to ask these folks if they were offered a furnished studio apt. in exchange for appropriate work that they can do would they accept it. Work could be sweeping the streets, mopping floors, etc. etc. Living costs could be subsidized not just through gov., preferably not at all since it will be botched, but through philanthropic foundations, churches, synagogues.

So Marcy is from my generation and she knew what she was talking about! The thing she misses with Trump is he’s not part of the Industrial Military Complex. That’s why they tried to kill him 2x! That’s why in 2016 as soon as he got elected they started impeachment proceedings. Then there was Russiagate. Then there was the 2nd impeachment. Then they implemented Covid. What I heard from few actual illegal immigrants following: (1) With in 30 to 60 days after they cross, they are allowed to get (1) driver license (2) get worker permits (3) either permanent or temp SS number (3) if not most, some do get assistance from local, state or fed. and last thing after 1 year or 1 1/2 year they apply and get green card or legal status. But people with common sense don’t want run for office, because they don’t want the burden of dealing with our current cancel culture, in our media and social media. It is what people just feed on anymore. And the largest problem we have is letting the minority run the majority, because they are put into position by entitlement.

  813. I am so good friends with homeless people in Phoenix, Arizona on 27th Ave. and Van Buren. I have a lot of friends that are homeless and they are like my second family so God bless homeless people they are people too everybody they have feelings even if they’re homeless you have to pray for them and you have to help them Because they are just like normal people like we are they are nice people homeless people God bless you. I hope we get President Donald Trump so that we can help the homeless people get housing.

  814. So I know a couple thats illegals. Based on what they told me, they just showed up at the border. They are from Honduras. They turned themselved in and they released them to the country in 4 days. No background check, no nothing. I was speechless. The US is a country of immigrants, but not everyone should be allowed to come in. There has got to be rules and processess to be allowed here.

If he provides a way forward for the illegals who have demonstrated that they truly are contributors, not leaches, then people who've believed the lies of the left, will see Trump's compassion & realize that he's not the monster that the left made him out to be. However, If Trump is too heavy-fisted, it will cause a greater divide in our country... I agree that our immigration process is broken, and is in desperate need of modernization. It shouldn't take 5 years for someone to immigrate to the US. Regardless, the brokenness of our system is not an excuse to open up the borders as Biden did -- he made things much worse by doing so.
