  6. I have a few scripts that I use, but I save them as bookmarks and access them with a search shortcut. For example, if I type "pip", the current playing video will pop as "Picture in Picture" or back to its place, even when there's no way to access the video directly with the context menu. 🤓

  14. Damn, what a Bos! Really informative video, was cool be able to join you through your thought process. I thought the video was also a pretty reasonable length (at 1.5x, the same speed I listen to on Syntax) with a good amount of information so as to be easily digestible.

  17. Saying that SSR is just for SEO clearly means you don't understand SSR. There is a clear benefit in rendering html server side as it's closer to the database and will result in faster load times. Especially for "admin panels".

  27. Great tutorial, though I would recommend to learn basic JS before watching. The whole set up is built on JS thus it's kinda pointless trying to follow/understand syntax you simply haven't learnt yet. Thx anyway.

  31. Usually, I'm highly sceptical about these AI tools, but this is wild! Even the current copilot messes up the syntax time-to-time, but this is all done without writing any code by yourself (or fixing the AI hallucinated variables etc) is really impressive!

  32. Also you can have empty spots in your grid by putting a dot inside grid-template-area: For example "left . . right" I know you have it in your course but its just a small detail so yeah, good if someone sees it.

  33. I absolutely love this dirty or not. I'm learning to be a full stack web dev and i have falling in love with react. Watching this about 4 months ago and i would have no clue what this is but amazingly now i know exactly what you are doing. Seeing you do this from scratch is pretty awesome plus useful for me because i'm watching a real life situation with react usinTTg basically everything i've learned so far. Thank you for this.

  50. This is really cool to see. I'm still not convinced it'll replace experienced developers, but it'll absolutely augment the way we work. One thing I don't yet have a grasp of is how new people enter the industry without being woefully unaware of how anything works. If you can coerce and AI into making an app work, you might not touch code very often at all. This will likely lead to a TON of work for people like me to do, but it might not be very fun work to do. And really, can there be a future where a generation of devs skip a huge amount of learning and depend on AIs to cover their gaps? I think there will be... I just can't imagine quite what that industry looks like.
