I have nearly 5,000 pages of documents related to the killing and lawsuit. I'm sorry but I can't respond to everyone but my legal team, four attorneys, have hired expert witnesses and deposed the officers and guard involved, there were two autopsies, the DA did his exoneration report, the Ninth District Court Judge Morrison C. England dismissed our case and we have appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court United States Court of Appeals for a trial. I argue that a CIVILIAN JURY SHOULD DECIDE if the actions of the killing guard and officers were "objectively reasonable." This is a complicated case and the officers, not the guard, have QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, which automatically protects them and puts up a huge legal obstruction for my attorneys. Nevertheless, I have spoken with many law enforcement professionals over the last 45 months and everyone one of them supports my POV that the officer's use of force was tactically and morally WRONG. If I back off the bad guys, led by the DA of Butte County, CA win. I am not going down without a fight. Is the DA a sadistic martinet? You, the viewers can decide.

  46. It definitely looked like they slammed her head, very hard on the concrete retaining wall. I guess in that 6 months of training, they learned no de-escalation. It looks like they had a female officer on scene, shouldn't she have been dealing with the young girl?? Something to think about, the Officer who what I would call tortured the dog, said he was a canine Officer, just think how he handles his K9, it's a proven fact, they definitely don't show them respect but if we do anything towards a K9 Officer we get charged. Lastly, in theory the dog was doing the same thing a police dog would have done, it was trying to protect its Owner - Handler.

  50. This is so sad to watch. I graduated with my masters in criminal justice 2 years ago and got a police officer job offer from a PD I had applied to and had to turn it down. It just didn’t feel right. Even during the training, the way some of the trainers talked about citizens is absolutely crazy. And with everything that is going on today with police brutality, I didn’t want to be apart of it. Now I work in a bank as a fraud investigator and make double amount of the money they had offered me
