We dealt with them seriously that day, the fight was intense and lasted for about 4hrs with the help of surveillance from the Airforce, we requested for air strikes, but it was late for the jet to take actions so the airforce supported us with Mi-35, tho it came late, but we were able to repel the attack. We lost 2 soldiers that day, warleaks thanks for uploading, they came with almost 20 guntrucks or more including apc's, and we caught some of them alive, these ones are not Boko Haram, they ar called the ISWAP(ISLAMIST STATE OF WEST AFRICAN PROVINCE)most of the fighters were from Mali and Syria, It wasn't easy, but we won the fire fight, since then we've received series of attacks by these Boko Haram /ISWAP, and they kept coming till date, malam fatori is a deserted place where there are no civilians nobody or live stocks, its just us (NIGERIAN ARMY), We were specially promoted for this particular fight.

As a veteran, I feel for these guys for what they have to endure in theatre, as a civilian I feel for the Ukrainian people who have had their beautiful country destroyed. Hope the drone keeps them safe and they get more donations as drones only last a couple weeks and they’ll need another one soon.
