  14. Great video as always. I made it in the video with a head shake. Cool seeing Scobby in the video. Saw will tennison as one of the rare Natty gym shark athletes. Obese to beast making an appearance and so many more. If we keep calling out the bullshit it makes it harder for the people get by on their looks alone as eventually people will be too smart to fall for the none sense. It’s a tough battle as we have to unlearn what people think is currently true when it’s in fact not.

  21. The dangers of a bad trainer cannot be overstated. Joined a crossfit gym in my early 40s. In less than a week, they tried to get me to do handstand push-ups, kipping pull-ups and box jumps. This was when I didn't know what a push-up or squat looks like. Got injured way too often. Crossfit came across as a sport for the fit to demonstrate their fitness, not a tool for the average person to get fitter.

Though I did like the old version of gymshark, the fact that they're trying to involve the average person more is promoting health and fitness at every level, is great. Some would say it promotes being average and unhealthy though I don't think this is the case. Most of the athletes seem kind and down to earth. Promoting health and fitness can't be done in just one way, so branching out like they do will certainly reach more poeple, though parts of the fitness industry still sit on their high horse.

Id like to add that the fake natties like the rock chris hemsworth liar king mike ohearn make it worse as it gives people false expectations on what you can achieve naturally, and so when people train and don’t get even 1/10 of the progress, the assume that they have to use steroids because they’re chasing physique that simply not realistic.
