  7. Having dealt with Qualcomm as well, getting any support was exactly like George says, it's pulling teeth. Documentation was poor, and out of date, and we were 'one of those megacorps' who is a huge customer, they still moved like molasses and acted like their tech is so hot shit (it's not, its 5-10 years out of date) that everything was tied up in NDAs and legal red tape.
