  6. This is a fantastic way to learn German. I tried the usual language apps, books etc and struggled to get to grips with the language but watching Nicos Weg is a film that gets straight into language learning and you don't even realise you're learning because it's so entertaining. Real people, real German and a great story line. I cannot praise it enough.

I am on the path to learn another language (I am mexican and I speak spanish) and the universe showing me this video in youtube is telling me, that learning German is the best option, I really appreciate the effort in this production.   11. This is a brilliantly done production! It is just so very helpful for my VKL classes. The choice of words/vocabulary is spot on for lower-level learners. Just enough to be challenging but with enough content and action to help learners follow. Thank you very much for this free gift.

  16. My A2 wasn't this good 😂😂😂 first time I watched this I didn't understand a thing but now that am doing B1 i understand better. Nico is a genius 🥰wish I could learn Deutsch that fast, even his sentence constructions are perfect 😏

  19. Okay I watched a bit of this about 2 weeks ago and was completely lost. I Listened to a bit of Coffee Break German on Spotify, and did a little bit of the Duolingo lessons and I'm pleasantly surprised that I can actually understand some of what's being said, with ease. Can also pick up a little key words and usages via "context clues". Maybe German isn't as difficult as I thought it'd be. I'm actually excited to learn it now

I wrote a comment almost one year ago on this video saying that I was starting this level, and I finished it just one week ago, certainly, it was more difficult than A1, It took me a lot of time and was pretty challenging but I´m watching the whole video without subtitles so I can get to know what I have to review before starting B1.   36. I'm doing the DW Nicos Weg lessons from the beginning (Alphabet, A1), though I tested A2. Glad I did. I highly recommend Learn German DW! Love the video! More importantly, top notch language learning. They thoroughly explain German grammar, with each (most) lessons having a grammar recap. Superb! Plus the vocabulary section very important and thorough... def. articles plus plural for nouns, verbs conj. (e.g. gehen > er geht, ging, ist gegangen) adjectives (e.g. gut, besser, am besten). It's all free! No strings attached. (funded by the German federal government)

  38. The story is very well done. Better than many movies out there at the cinema! You can really feel connected with all the characters. Glad Selma's father ended up allowing her to see Nico at the end. I hoped they would be together since Narwin's goodbye party

  44. I am really hooked after 20 minutes of watching! I just recently started learning German and this film seems really good for an A1 learner. Plus, like some people already mentioned, the acting is actually really good! Edit: After 80 minutes of watching, if I could, I would give this two thumbs up!
