  1. In Chicago, they told us they were getting rid of the plastic bags for the purpose of forcing people to buy reusable ones. You know, "for the environment." It was a hassle. But after some adjusting, people did it. Next thing you know, they brought the plastic bags back. Except now, charging 7 cents a pop. It's such a scam. Everyone knows it.
