  1. 1:35 Wait a minute. The city was deliberately shutting down schools early so that these kids could go riot?! Wouldn't it make sense to even make the school day go even a bit longer for a few days and keep the kids there to help AVOID them going over there and possibly getting hurt? No wonder Baltimore is such a wreck!
