I made it through 6:30. People barely read these days as it is. Now you can summarize things instantly? Why bother reading at all? And how can you test that the AI summarized correctly? You won't know, because you didn't bother to read it. This is horrifying. This used to be the topic of DYSTOPIAN scifi novels/movies. People are already mindless zombies ignoring everybody - even their children, spouses, friends who are right there in front of them - to stare at a screen. Can you imagine how much worse it will be when everyone is fully immersed in their own fake world?! How can we get anything done?! I've seen couples ignoring each other in restaurants, staring into their phones. I've seen parents do it while their young kids are trying desperately to interact with them. I've seen it in whole families where parents and kids are staring into their screens, each lost in a separate world, ignoring the real people who are right there in front of them. I've seen that look in a toddlers' eyes when they go from interacting with the world to staring at a screen. It's instant. I'm telling you. it's like a light goes out in their eyes. I saw it some weeks ago at a laundromat. It's horrifying. And people continue to cheer this on.

People already are. Willingly. Wait until it's UNWILLING. But, again, people cheer this on.

:54 "While I was helping computers see the world, these AI researchers were helping computers reason about the world." Computers do not, cannot, will not ever "reason" anything.
