  3.  @rosameryrojas-delcerro1059  Yeah, a couple of houses down from me there's an outside cat that has the most beautiful dark gray/bluish fur. He's fed by the neighbor lady, but that's about it. He could have been gorgeous! He's all dirty and matted and tangled. It's sad. Not much I can do. He won't let anyone near him, not even the lady who feeds him. I've tried for years.
