  2. Even though I'm in my 40s, I still held out the dream of one day going to college. But good grief, I cannot imagine paying thousands of dollars to be indoctrinated in that way! So there are good points here, but I do have to bring up a side issue: I disagree with lumping together sexism, racism and "homophobia." First of all, homophobia is a made up word used to intimate those who disagree with homosexuality. Anyone who expresses the slightest bit of disagreement with anything the Rainbow Crowd says or does is labeled "homophobic." It's just a bullying tactic. But a phobia is an irrational fear of something. I've never heard it explained how and why simply disagreeing with someone means you have an irrational fear of them or of the issue at hand. If that were the case, everyone could be labeled "phobic" of everything, since we all disagree on any number of things!  But more importantly, race and sex are inborn traits. (Contrary to the "transgender" movement which claims people can change from male to female or female to male!) But homosexuality is not in any way inborn.

  3. Ahmad Al-Shafai Where's my answer to my questions? What do you mean by "stuck up uni" are you talking about? Why do you say you like it in one comment and then call it "stuck up" as well? How about making some sense in your comments so people can understand your meaning?

"Like their calim that Truman "Nuking" Japan was japans Only salvation," I don't know what other course of action could've been used in that situation. It was indeed a tragic and awful thing to have to do. But real life is difficult sometimes. And wartime situations even more so. In the middle of a war, sometimes there aren't any other options. "and that the middle eastern problem is because arabs want the jews dead, which is an outrageous statement." It's not "Arabs", necessarily. It's MUSLIMS. That's what Islam teaches. What about this statement is false?

"Lass, they call it "University" - which i'd say implies that they are an academic institution. But it's surely just to fool right wing people." LOL! Who's saying using nukes was "solely for the sake of the Japanese people"?  And it's always easy to say a decision was wrong when you have no alternatives to offer. Those people didn't have that luxury. They HAD to make a decision in the situation they were in, given the options available at that time. History bears out that they made the correct one. It was horrible at the time, of course. But not doing it would've been even more horrible because the war would've continued and even more people would have died. That's how real life is. " It's too long to post here, but go look up Banu Qurayza account, where the warlord (and child rapist) Mohammad had Jews slaughtered! That's as far as I read of your comment. It's obvious you have no idea what Islam teaches. And yet I'll bet you will 1) ignore EVERYTHING I've said here and then 2) lecture me.   I have no time for that sort of nonsense. Islam is FULL of Jew hatred, as I have demonstrated from the Islamic texts themselves.

  14. ragmondead Well, you seem to be the type of person who is not always parading your sexual desires and behaviors. Other people are not like that and they seem to have announce it to the world at every turn. If everyone would just keep private matters private, we wouldn't have half the problems that we have.

  15. ragmondead Some people love to draw attention to themselves, even if it's negative attention! You don't seem to be that way. Neither am I. But some people are. And honestly, if people want to draw attention to themselves in that way and that was the end of it, it wouldn't be so bad. But to deliberately draw attention to yourself and then DEMAND that everyone around you not only agree with you, but celebrate with you and then label them "bigots" or "haters" if they don't agree, that's something else entirely. Here's a fact. I am heterosexual, but a few years back I lived in the "gayest" neighborhood in my city. (I had no idea when I moved there!) But when I told everyone where I was moving, they made it sound like it was a wild place - like the Pride Parade, all year round. I am a quiet and boring person who doesn't like a loud neighborhood like that. So I was nervous when I learned this. I was there for 4 years. I never had a single problem.Maybe people were partying or whatever in the bars, but I never saw or heard anything. The latest I'm out is 10 or 11, so if people want to go wild after that, fine with me. All I ask is that you don't trash the neighborhood, don't keep me up at night, and don't shove things in my face day and night and demand I agree with it. That's how it was when I was there, and I had no problems with anyone or anything. The only exception was the parade, which kicked off literally down the block from me. But even then, I was able to avoid it entirely. I would go to church early in the morning when they were just setting up the barriers and such, I'd go visit my family, and by the time I'd return, everyone was gone. Maybe a few clean up crews and cops wrapping things up, but that's it. I never had one problem living there. I minded my own business, people minded theirs. Why can't it be that way all the time?
