  1. Thank you! I am so sick and tired of hearing about people's skin color, I don't even know what to do. It's the silliest thing I've ever heard. What's next? Categorizing people according to eye color? It's THAT stupid! I have never thought much about race one way or the other. My father used to say something along the lines of, "I don't care whether you're black, white, red, pink, green, or have polka dots. What matters is how you behave and what kind of person you are." So this recent and now constant harping on race has me lost and confused and even angry. I am angry because for the first time in my almost 50 years on this planet, I have noticed people's skin tone, when I never did before. This is not because ** I ** want to notice it, but because everyone else says I must. It's so ridiculous and despicable. As to "white privilege", I had never even heard this term/concept until a few years ago. It took me several years of hearing about it before I thought I had a handle on it. The reason I was confused was because it seemed so stupid to me. We no longer have institutional racism against black people in this country. We no longer have segregation. (Except for apparently on college campuses, where black people are WANTING it. Don't even get me started on that insanity!) Are there still individual racists? Of course. That's called sinful human nature. But now we are told that America as a whole is a racist country, and where "racist" means ONLY whites. It's disgusting. Don't even get me started on the insane notion that only white people CAN be racists. I only learned that even more recently! Notice how the leftist race baiters (a redundant term if I ever heard one) word it, though. "Racist" used to be mainly a noun. An individual person. Now it's used mainly as an adjective. Why the change? Because it's easier to make a general accusation than it is to do it to an individual person about specific things they have done or said that would qualify them as a racist. With the latter, you need to have evidence. With the former, it can just be tossed out there as a blanket statement. Also, I'm coming over for Grandma's fried chicken!

Hm, did slaves get paid thousands/millions of dollars for their work? Did they ride in fancy cars and have luxurious homes and have people practically worshiping them? Did little kids have their photos on their walls? Did anyone buy shirts and bags and socks and hats and jackets with their team/player names on them? Of course not. Way to spit on the graves of the those countless people who suffered horribly under ACTUAL slavery. My God, why does this despicable man still have a public platform? Unlike the average person who can't really afford to live someplace else, he's wealthy. He could choose to move pretty much ANYWHERE in the world. But he doesn't. Hm, maybe because he knows only in "Amerikkka" could he get away with being the career charlatan that he's always been, and make a killing, financially, in it. I cannot stomach this man!

  3. Thank you for saying this. I have been stunned to see how many white people genuinely feel guilty for things neither they, their parents, nor their grandparents had any part in. Never in my life has it occurred to me to feel guilty for things I wasn't even alive to see. But this garbage is EVERYWHERE now.

Yes, thank you! There are plenty of controversial topics these days, where people may get angry and then shut down and refuse to discuss it. But I've never seen anything like this "white privilege" topic. It's absolute refusal to even BEGIN a discussion! It's something like denying gravity exists. You wouldn't have a debate on that because it's something everyone knows. If you deny it, you're looked at like you're insane. And in that case, rightly so. But it's the same thing (in reverse) with this nonsense of white privilege - something I'd never even heard of until a few years ago. You're just supposed to know and accept that it's true. That's it. End of discussion. Voicing the slightest doubt, questioning any aspect of this idea whatsoever IMMEDIATELY gets you shut down and branded a racist. It's one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. I consider myself to be a reasonable, mature person. I've had all sorts of discussions with people on all sorts of topics. But on this, I don't even know where to begin. And I am not really even white, other than actual pale skin tone. I am Puerto Rican!

  8. I wonder where this woman that he attacked is today? I can understand not wanting to be involved in this mess. But I would love to hear her perspective. I wonder how she feels about this man being treated like a saint. This elevating of criminals is one of the things that enrages me the most about these types of cases. Are there times when the person is completely innocent? Sure. It's horrible, but it happens. From what I know, the Justine Damond case seems that way. The Botham Jean case, same thing. Horrible events that leave me shaken and praying that I'm never in such a situation. But many of the others, the person was either in the act of committing a crime (like Michael Brown) or had a long criminal history that led them to that interaction with the cop.

  14. I'm just returning from a church retreat, so I know nothing of this "controversy". What I do know is that leftists categorize everyone by things like skin color/race, gender, sexual preferences, etc. Because you and Jay Z are both black, they assume you both must think the same way. It's like when they assume that just because I'm a woman, I must agree with and support Hillary Clinton. When I tell them that lying, criminal female does NOT speak for me and I wouldn't vote for her if my life depended on it, they don't know what to do with that concept! So then they call ugly names. Maybe it's because leftists all think the same way, so they assume everyone else in this or that group (designated by them, of course) does as well?

  15. @ Legendaire I've heard of that, but never witnessed it personally - mainly because red haired people are so rare! I know one guy who has a reddish sort of beard. That's it. His kids haven't inherited it. (At least, not yet.) I personally adore red hair! I think it's gorgeous, especially BECAUSE it's rare. You're special! Even if someone doesn't personally like it, how stupid to ridicule people for it! People are morons. That's really the bottom line.

  45. I don't mean this in a disrespectful way, but maybe a component of the issue is thinking of people as brothers just because you share a race. I do not think of the Puerto Rican gangbangers in Chicago as brothers/sisters. As a Christian, I know we share a sinful nature and are in need of a Savior. But in the way I conduct my life, I have nothing in common with them as far as morals, views, and lifestyle. Nor do I ever view thugs/criminals of any sort as victims. Nobody makes you shoot/murder someone. If your life is threatened and you're told, "Do it, or you die" then you die.

Even before the meaning of marriage was changed to, in all practicality, "whatever you like", homosexuals in America already had the same rights/protections as anyone else under the law & Constitution. The limits on marriage were the same for me as a straight female as for them: One person, of the opposite sex, who is not already married, who is of legal age and standing to do so. Homosexuals were free to have ceremonies, enter into legal agreements and live together how they wished. Now they have that "piece of paper" (that heterosexuals used to say they didn't want) and they are still not satisfied. Don't people see that? Isn't that at least curious to people? They are not satisfied, because this was never about marriage. It was never about equal rights, civil rights, or anything else. It was, is, and always will be about forcing everyone to not just tolerate their lifestyle (put up with, even though you disagree), but to agree - by force, if necessary! If you do not, you will be destroyed. Anything that remotely smacks of a negative opinion of their behaviors - even in jest, even if it was sad decades ago - will now be dug up and used to destroy your career, reputation, access to online platforms, and personal life. Rainbow activists will never rest until anyone and everyone who dares disagree with their views is not just silenced, but destroyed. They are the biggest bullies (and hypocrites) on the planet.
