  1. I couldn't get through this. This is terrifying. It's only a matter of time before a crazy delivery person murders a customer over this. EDIT: He's a coward! He's too chicken to address it with his boss because he knows he might get fired. The customer can't do much except maybe report him. But that's usually a hassle and many people don't want to take that step.
