  1. Sheesh, $150 for a knife! If it's that expensive and that delicate, then customers should be provided with detailed instructions on how to properly care for it. In fact, they should be told all of this BEFORE they choose to invest that amount of money. Customers have the right to make an informed choice before purchasing any item.
