Water treatment plants don't remove female birth control hormones from the water so having people at tap water instead of filtered water sounds like another method of castration without removal, as would be minimizing the amount of protein people get when our cells and DNA are in constant Decay from the Sun and we need protein to maintain ourselves, besides the aging process making us weaker but hey they need the power don't they?
