  1. Way ahead of you Neil. In the summer of 2020 I started piling up good storage, dried foods, water and even More water purification, and seasonings. What started the need was Asia flooding into Europe, an the US for some reason still selling foods to the country that caused the now endemic situation. I'm still well ahead.

  2. I'm also training myself to eat 1-2 meals a day, down to about 11-12 meals a week
