Well just you bringing up the mob is another reminder to folks like democracies are foolish and dangerous, because when a tyrant is overthrown for a democracy that a mob will eventually destroy that's rising up the need for another tyrant. The United States was set up as a republic and not a stupid damn democracy. And the reason they won't use words like crime is because they are trying to decriminalize being a criminal because they don't want anybody to have freedom and it's a lot easier to have the mob take away freedoms than it is to legislate them away
