Well if many investors are correct that the Keystone Pipeline and the drilling into Alaska would have oil at $35 a barrel, $140 a barrel is four times the amount it could be.. and yet people still don't understand how you vote for policy and not for we will say personality because that's what they say but Biden has no real personality
