  1. I'm getting the same issue with one of my banks. They claim it's because they don't have enough transactions or enough foot traffic although they still get plenty of drive through traffic and of course people use their cards all the time so I don't see how they aren't getting enough transactions. I joked about dimming the lights or shutting half of them off and they laughed so they agree something is off
