Well there is definitely a monopoly over baby formula and I didn't know that with WIC, they actually have the States do an auction over which one they will subsidize and the one major one that is experiencing a shortage actually had a sanitary issue that the FDA didn't want the public to find out about. 48% of all formula utilized in America comes from that company under scrutiny
