I was one of those people in January of 2020 that was buying cleaners and medical supplies and toilet paper and then in the summer of 2020 watching Asia flood into Europe I started stocking up on dried foods and things I didn't want to see inflate or stock production so I stocked up on those items too. It was actually great that I never had to go to the store until August of 2020 because at that time I didn't want a reinfection that I picked up the last week of 2019 and yet I only ever go shopping when I need eggs or orange juice
