  1. Okay, I am late to yesterday's video but in the opening headline list they mentioned a guy having been in quarantine for 3 weeks, and still gets the virus? That's because isolation is one of thee worst things for your immune system, and all of these mitigations have have proven to not be effective at all (masks cause problems, 21+ft is more beneficial than 6ft or 2m) and people need to quit doing what doesn't work, and focus on therapeutics, and promoting better overall health which includes better foods, better movement, and of course better sleep
