Yeah McKeesport was actually going to be the State's capital and then they thought about Pittsburgh because of the rivers, thinking they could start farming and get more out of it but everything moved to Harrisburg, which is a bit closer to Philadelphia... It's not as bad as Northside... at night but it's definitely worse during the day
