No definitely thaw your liver out and rinse it thoroughly, preheat a pan with butter, season with salt onion powder thyme and orange peel, or lemon peel, and then put the liver on there flipping it every time it curls up until you get a very very faint color in the middle so once you cut it up it should be thoroughly cooked but not overcooked. The orange peel will take away the smell while the thyme the onion powder and the salt (I use pink Himalayan salt) will give it flavor. I bet if a lot of people cooked up heart and then cut it off and served it to somebody and didn't tell them what it was, they would probably really like it

What does current generation doesn't understand is that before the Industrial Revolution men and women had to work all day and they had to sleep in the dark. Also, folks had to walk everywhere

It's actually 6 g of protein per egg and if you let's say boil 8 eggs 1 day and have some asparagus/mushrooms, you definitely had more than 50g, then the next day scramble 6 and throw in a cooked 4oz chicken breast or 4oz cut of liver, now your around 60g, and on the next day cook up a 6oz steak and make 4 dippy eggs, that's pushing 70g. It's really not hard to get 50 g minimum for each meal and I'm only listing breakfasts. Certainly for optimal absorption do not cook eggs the same way everyday
