This is a good reason to not watch television. They call it TV programming for a reason, big emphasis on the word programming. I quit watching TV in 2005 and my mental health is pretty rock solid.

@juliantheapostate8295 I've never heard that term used so I like it haha and what do you mean by am I foreign because English has spoken in multiple countries so America talks Non-Stop about mental health issues so yes mental health is the phrase I used. I prefer the idea of frame or mental fortitude but most people would have no idea what I'm saying if I said that so of course you have to speak in ways that people are going to understand and you can say mental health and likely 90% of the people that read and speak English will know exactly what I'm talking about
