They have been violating the Constitution for a very long time and it is simple when you think of the literal coup where they took away our constitutional republic then put in place a democracy, and it got very evident to me that this actually went through because in January 2020 they were saying that Trump supporters were trying to steal their democracy yet we don't have a democracy but they do which is why they are career politicians and they can't let go of this power because it will screw everything up that they are planning. The founders may have provided Democratic style boundaries and legislation, but they didn't set up a democracy because of the literal vicious circle of a tyrant being overthrown for a democracy and the democracy being suppressed or violated by a mob and then the rising of a tyrant to handle/remove the mob whom later gets overthrown for another democracy the mob will dominate calling for another tyrant etc etc etc
