  1. What's an income they should make the choice, but a cheap currency free handout, they're not gonna make the choice to pay a debt. Most people who are poor, earn an income but remain impoverished is because of bad choices. I see plenty of impoverished people that have multiple flat screen TVs, more expensive phones than my cheap $50 LG smartphone from Wal-Mart, and Sometimes even dressed better than me
