  1. They already knew Joe was falling apart years back, but they didn't like Kamala any bit, otherwise they would have pulled the plug on him years ago. Even after that debate they still wouldn't pull the plug because they didn't like Kamala, and because of that whole incident of that kid missing back in July, and Joe got called out for his language that likely led to such a thing, even though it seems to have been more sponsored than anything, of course they had to push Joe out but if he didn't endorse her, they would have lost all of that campaign funding and they didn't want her but they are basically stuck with her
