In many jobs Arenas women can make more than men even if they are doing the same exact position having been doing it for the same exact time, but yes if you take an average of all of the income men make versus all the income women make of course it looks like men make more income, but they work tougher jobs more hours and oftentimes need more insurances to cover what would be lost for the household if they lose their lives on the job. Of course that woman doesn't want logic to teach her she's wrong about the wage Gap because of course it is a lie it has been since the seventies
