I wouldn't call that a weird interaction as I would call her intensity week because she did several repetitions took a very short break and went back to it so all she is doing is moving her joints, she's not even improving herself. It's almost as if she is just going there for the attention and to give the internet the impression that she actually is trying to take care of her body when she is doing nothing to demand adaptation
