A better topic would be is Kamala qualified to be president because not only did she receive zero votes in 2020, she wasn't allowed to receive zero votes in 2024, and she didn't get her first vote buy a citizen until October of 2024. She was picked as Vice president, claiming that she had no power, even though she technically is second in command and Joe Biden should have made a better choice because of something happened to him, she would have to be the one to step up and step in and if anybody in her own party even liked her they would have pulled the plug on Joe a long time ago because of his mental issues, but they didn't even pull the plug on him after the debate. They were hoping to buy some time to set up a primary until his rhetoric cause that kid to go up on the roof and to get people to quit talking about it they had to quickly change directions which is why Kamala ended up being selected instead of elected

When she says she's been a part of most of the decisions that had an impact, she's basically trying to say that she was only helpful in decisions that had positive impact, even though she was a part of just about every decision out there and every decision people make has an impact so yes she's definitely a part of a lot of the failures
