For the record a patriarchy means the man is the head of the household, there hasn't been one in forever and there's no such thing as a patriarchy in the workplace, regardless, everybody and I mean everybody should hate diversity hiring because all it says is that women and colored people cannot earn anything so they need more handouts

Every time a dictator is overthrown for a democracy a mob rises up and ends up destroying that democracy which rises up a new dictator whom will be overthrown for another damn democracy that will be destroyed by another mob. So far the only country that has ever had freedom and is still holding on to it somehow is the United states, and that's because we have a republic bound by checks and balances
