If she does not respect them then you should kick her tf out. There is a legitimate answer to this question, which relates to unresolved childhood trauma. For instance, if a girl had something traumatic happen when she was 7 or 8, she will still sound like she is 7 or 8 when she is older, just like if something traumatic happened when she was 10 or 14 and she still sounds like she's 10 or 14. Essentially the anxiety and the pain have not helped her relax to the point that her vocal cords can relax helping her sound like a mature woman, since she is still dealing with trauma that she neglects to resolve. Honestly, if you can pick this up rather quickly, kudos, and, you will ahead of time know what you were dealing with before getting involved

That's not it girl #1, the point is to let you know that you need to show respect otherwise you are gone!
