  2. @Succma Nutts and that's how I have such big glutes calves and forearms haha because it is entertaining to watch people bodybuild and have massive arms and tiny little forearms because they use all sorts of leverages and straps where other guys have massive lower traps and glutes because they actually have to produce force in other methods of training so kudos to you for doing what you do because today for me was conditioning which included having a 108lb Keg on my shoulder while carrying an 80lb kettlebell in my Bearfoot shoes.
