Well since women are bad at making decisions, especially when they are younger as we don't like teenage pregnancies, women are also pretty darn lenient when it comes to NOT telling a guy to put a condom on or for her to consistently take her pill so a lot of women that have higher body counts also carry a lot of foreign bacteria that can cause infections and spread it to other men.
