Two men can be partners just like two women can be partners but a man and a woman are spouses and if you are going to continuously treat him the way that he doesn't like, he's going to continue to not care. Also, the phrase "but regardless" is ridiculous, you don't need a preface for the word regardless. You just simply say the word regardless. You also could have double-checked everything before you pulled out of the driveway. Finally, because I'm sick of listening to this cringe, women don't think they feel so the fact that you started off by saying that Mother's think is hilarious because all women are mothers and women don't spend much time thinking in general because they're too busy feeling about everything
