Seemingly those people don't understand that there would be nothing either candidate would be able to do, because it's not a federal issue. Of course Harris publicly said that the first amendment is a privilege, even though it's a protected right, but what is not a protected right is women choosing to remove a child's right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness simply because they didn't choose to say the word know or choose to tell the man to wrap it up. Sorry folks, that's not a protected right

@nealfischer623 no there isn't. Tell me you don't watch both sides without telling me you don't look at both sides. That is one of the least things people are concerned about because it's not a protected right by the Constitution and since it was properly given back to the states, neither candidate would have been able to change anything. It literally is a non-issue anymore. If only people actually studied Civics when they had the opportunity in high school 🤦 there's your irony 🤣

@nealfischer623 it's not a protected right. It doesn't belong as a federal issue of enforcement. That baby has the right to life liberty and the pursuit if happiness

@Jessica-zs1wt that's not what anybody is saying (except for the people on the left). The Constitution protects you with all sorts of rights; the choice of saying no and the choice of telling somebody to put a rubber on is a protected right while having the choice to remove a babies right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is not a protected right. It's a State issue. It didn't matter who was on the ticket this election, neither one of them can change the issue. Presidents are not legislators and they are not supreme rulers. The Constitution binds them to their own specific branches. We didn't vote against people's autonomy, you have to do that within your own State, we just didn't vote for a woman who said that "the first amendment is a privilege," when it is a protected right. No president can change that. The executive branch is designed to execute law enforcement on what the legislative branch writes. The judicial branch interprets whether a law is just or not, or the execution of law is just or not. This is basic civics for our constitutional republic

All right so let's put our feelings aside, since that's how women tend to operate their brains, if a woman was the last person alive, why would she hide in a bunker because nobody would be coming after her? It's not like anybody goes after her in general but we know how women are with these made up scenarios simply made up just for the internet
