  1. Yes, you are child with a brain not ully developed, yet in the courts, you can be 7 or 8 and be held accountable because you are at the age of accountability. That means you have a better understanding of right and wrong, at 7or8, depending on the State. A child can make a decision in front of a courtroom...as well as they are older enough to be told to repeat what they did wrong, out loud, in front of a courtroom.
