The Book of Proverbs does indicate that a child's first governor is their mother but upon the age of accountability which is around 7:00 or 8:00 the child should be under the father's tutelage. Like she said he won't emotionally manipulate the child, as men will prepare their children for the real world while their mother has to prepare them for their father basically. Women should make their children tough emotionally and then the father should make their children resilient mentally
