I don't know about that because if you can tan, you have melanin in you, which means the majority of Hispanics and Indians have melanin, and I say majority because depending on where they are at compared to the equator they will still likely have naturally white skin. I'm part Italian and I keep a tan on my forearms and calves all year long and I don't burn in the Sun so I have melanin

  3.  @Wolfden96  I may have been born blonde hair blue-eyed because the majority of my genes are Germanic tribe Norse blood, that little bit of Italian (1/8th) gives me a nice golden glow
