Everybody and their mother knows that wasn't a jab at the people of Puerto Rico, typically jokes like that are often pointed towards policies, but this one has to do with Joe Biden not doing his job having all of these large dumping sites not being attended to, because Joe Biden isn't doing his job, just like he hasn't been for many many years. He was the first selected president of the United States and we need to elect Donald Trump like we did in 2020
