Just because some of the staff that was fired were a part of safety doesn't mean that they are less safe, just imagine you have a guy hired that comes up with the idea that everybody should wear a reflective vest and then you have another guy that goes out and purchases them and then they have to hire a third guy to hand them all out and then they hire a fourth guy to make sure everybody's wearing them even though all four of those jobs could have been covered by one person. That's called an efficiency and that's why three of those guys should end up getting a new job. I don't know why these concepts are so difficult for some people but that's probably because No Child Left Behind is the same thing as diversity hiring. Participation trophies do not exist in the real world
