That means if something were to happen to the president they would have to step in and take over. The speaker of the house is 3rd in command. It is absolutely unequivocally and thoroughly impossible for a man to be empathetic of a pregnant woman, because he will never ever go through it therefore he will never understand, his only option is to sympathize. I live in the mountains of PA and it's impossible for us to get hurricanes, so I cannot empathize with those people but I can certainly sympathize. I'm going to doubt that Trump was ever in Florida when a hurricane went through so how could he empathize you grew up in the upper class and went to International Private school, you cannot empathize with the people that you want to vote for you because you never went through adversity. You went horizontal so your career could go vertical which kept you from ever having to earn something avoiding adversity as much as possible.
