That's not true, many many years ago I worked in fast food, and retail, and I can tell you that women's restrooms are a lot worse than men's, especially the splash that goes on under the seat, so if men should put the seat down when they are done, women should put it up when they are done so that it has a chance to drain and we won't get those ugly little splotchy apots to scrub off
