That means more than one in four are from Haiti, and most of them if not close to all of them are not willing to assimilate, they are not leaving their voodoo behind, they're not taking advantage of stealing people's welfare to feed themselves being civilized, they are feeding themselves with animals that aren't caged nor locked in a house at night.
