But don't forget the president is the head of the Executive branch, which is the execution of law enforcement, meaning he will either sign or veto a bill depending on whether he would enforce said law or not. Now there is still a couple different ways to get around it, but you still have to go through with the president one or two times before you can try the other options It's pretty clear she also doesn't know that executive orders are not laws, they are supposed to be manners in which to enforce laws but if something is not a law, that executive order doesn't do anything. People really think the president has ultimate power but he does not. This is a three branch system and one of them will interpret the laws, one of them will legislative laws, which means to write them up, and the president is in charge of enforcing those laws. This shouldn't be that complicated but I know they don't teach this in schools much anymore
